These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Total House Water Co. website located at https://www.totalhousewater.com (the "Site") and the services described on it, including water filtration and softener installation, power washing, paver sand & seal, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and exterior soft washing, and permanent LED lighting installation (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
Total House Water Co. provides residential and light-commercial exterior and water treatment services in parts of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as further described on each service page of this Site. Quotes provided through the Site or by phone are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to confirmation after an in-person assessment where applicable.
We provide firm, upfront pricing prior to beginning any work. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes at your request or if conditions discovered on-site materially differ from what was described when the quote was requested. Payment terms will be provided at the time of quote or contract and are due as agreed prior to or upon completion of Services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and, for some exterior services, weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at (914) 318-4828 or scaleaillc@gmail.com.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
